RETURNS AND REFUNDS

To return an item, contact us at sales@ramacomponents.com for approval and instructions.
Items can be returned within 30 days if they are unused, in original packaging, and include a receipt. the buyer covers return shipping cost.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive your return. If not received in 15 business days, contact us at info@ramacomponents.com.

We don’t accept returns on final sale items, or gift cards.

WARRANTY

RAMA Grips come with a Limited 6-Month Warranty for the original purchaser, covering only Manufacturers Defects. This warranty is valid as long as the product is in stock and being manufactured.

Wear and tear, as well as damage or loss, are not covered. Products that have been modified, repainted, bought used, or lack the original receipt are not eligible for warranty service.

Our components are intended for bicycles and Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 E-Bikes only, not for Electric Motorcycles, Jet Skis, or similar vehicles.

To activate your warranty, keep your receipt. This 1-Year Warranty covers Manufacturers Defects exclusively and does not include damage from misuse, crashes, abuse, improper maintenance, or assembly.

RAMA Components LLC is not liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
